Benefits of Charcoal Products for your Hair

Lately, there’s been a lot of talk about charcoal beauty products.The only product I have used with charcoal in it is a facial mask. Honestly, I wasn’t even aware that there were charcoal products existed for my hair. So when Pantene wanted to partner up with me, I was uber excited to learn more about their Charcoal Collection. I have been using Pantene products since I was a teen. It was surreal to have the opportunity to do some research on the benefits of charcoal products for your hair.

HAIR STATUS

Since I had never used any charcoal hair products before, this was going to be a great time to wash away some serious product build up. I try not to use too many hair products but if there is a photo shoot or event, I tend to use more than I normally would. Products like serums, smoothing lotions and hairspray. Which definitely create build up. OK, so let’s get right to it….

Charcoal helps remove toxins and product build up. Especially products that have been building up over time. The charcoal gently helps purify your hair by absorbing impurities, like magnetic attraction.

MY OVERALL FEELING ABOUT CHARCOAL HAIR PRODUCTS

Now that I’ve used charcoal on my hair, I will continue to add it to my hair routine. Products that are packed with vitamins and antioxidants are so important to use because not only do they have a nutrient infused ingredients but they also purify and cleanse your hair and scalp while removing dirt and impurities.
