Create A Fall Centerpiece With Fruit And Leaves

|

Versatility is something I am big on when it comes to home and design. Today I wanted to share some fun inspiration on how to create a fall centerpiece with fruit and leaves. Adding fruit gives your table setting the pop of color that just screams fall. Plus the best part, you can eat it after!

It’s a great way to help save money without having to buy additional decor pieces. I love using clementines since its a smaller “orange” and it’s easy for kids to peel at the table and eat. You can also use pears, apples, etc.

Fall Centerpiece Anchor

Centerpiece Tip: There is should always be one thing in your centerpiece that’s considered the “anchor” to the whole look. It’s the one thing that ties in the whole look. Some people use trays, baskets, or bowls. In this particular case, the anchor to my look is the faux garland. This is honestly one of my favorite inexpensive pieces to use for decorating. I use it all year long.

Do I prefer fresh florals whenever possible, absolutely! But do I also like to save money, absolutely!

Fruit And Leaves

Once you have your “anchor” in place you can style the fruit into place. It doesn’t have to be perfect but I would be sure to make sure they are even. If you 5 fruit on one side be sure to do it with the next side.

I also used this gorgeous bowl from Studio Mcgee to place on the table with the extra clementines. Helping to give the table the extra pop of orange.

If you would like to see the difference between this table and the same table without the pop of orange color, check out this post!
