I promise you will be addicted to this thing!!
10 minute Fresh and Easy Salsa
Super easy to make with a kitchen tool that will save you a ton of time in the kitchen!
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 medium onion
- 1 medium jalapeno
- 6 springs fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 limes
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
-
Be sure that your tomatoes, cilantro and jalapeno are all washed and towel dried. Depending on how spicy you like your salsa you can add the whole jalapeno or cut in half and remove seeds. Be sure to cut stem off before chopping as well.
-
Use your Vidalia Chop Wizard to dice onion, tomato, jalapeno and cilantro separately. Place all ingredients into a medium sized bowl as you dice each one.
-
Add minced garlic, juice of limes, salt and pepper to taste. Stir well. I find the salsa tastes better when left in the fridge for several hours so that the flavors fuse together.
-
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
Enjoy!!
