How To Make An Easy Turkey Chili

|

Is your schedule hectic? Not a lot of time to cook but prefer to eat home-cooked meals vs fast food? Well, I have got the recipe for you. Geez, that sounded a bit like a cheesy infomercial (insert palm to the forward smack. Ha!) Ok, but really, if you are all about an easy meal cooked in one pot, you may want to try this. Today I am sharing how you can make an easy turkey chili that’s a healthier version of a classic recipe. It uses lean ground turkey, beans, and a blend of spices. Even though this is a fairly quick meal to make if you wanted to shave off some time making it you could buy the premade Chili Seasoning packets(typically found in the gravy aisle). I usually use my own spices since I like to control my salt intake.

I know the ingredient list below seems like a lot but it really isn’t. You probably have most on hand already. I used my dutch oven to cook this recipe. I love that I can easily take it from the stovetop to the table (with a hot pad used) which keeps it nice and warm for a lot longer. Plus it helps with keeping dirty dishes to a minimum.

So enough of me going on and on. You didn’t come here for that. You came to learn how to make an easy turkey chili. Let me give the people what they want… here you go! Enjoy!
