Low-Calorie Sparkling Sangria Ingredients
Super easy to make with only 5 ingredients:
Serves 4-6 ( double or triple recipe for bigger batches)
-1 bottle of white wine
-1 bottle of San Pellegrino
-1 lemon sliced into circles
-1 pint of raspberries
-2 springs of fresh mint
First Step
Add rinsed and cleaned lemon, raspberries, and mint into a large pitcher or dispenser.
Second Step
Pour your wine into the pitcher and once done you can either cover and place it into the fridge so that the flavors fuse together or if you are ready to serve, go to the third step.
Third Step
Now this next step is VERY important!! If you are serving the sangria right away, add Pellegrino. If you are going to let the wine fuse with lemon, mint, and raspberries for a bit in the fridge do not add sparkling water. My recommendation is that you add the Pellegrino right before you serve. Otherwise, it will lose its bubbly effects if it sits out way too long. I recommend adding sparkling water once your first guest requests a glass.
For this recipe, I used a Sauvignon Blanc, since it has more of a light and crisp taste.
