What you will need for the Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Bisquick
1 cup Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2/3 cup canned Pumpkin
1 cup Chopped Pecans
Filling:
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
6 Tbsp Salted Butter (softened)
1 tsp Vanilla
(Beat all filling ingredients above until creamy)

How to Make The Best Pumpkin Roll Recipe
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees
-Beat sugar and eggs until creamy
-Stir in canned pumpkin until smooth
-Add all dry ingredients and mix completely
-Spray Jelly Roll pan with Pam and line with wax paper, spray wax paper again with Pam
-Pour batter onto wax paper and spread evenly, sprinkle with pecans
-Bake 13-15minutes
-Invert onto clean dish towel, remove wax paper
-Roll from the short side with a towel and cool completely on a wire rack
-When cool, unroll and add the filling
-Re-roll and sprinkle with powdered sugar
-Refrigerate for at least one hour
-Slice and serve
