Ingredients

  • 1 bottle sauvignon blanc wine
  • 1 23 oz San Pellegrino Sparkling Water
  • 1 medium lemon cut into wheels
  • 1 pint rinsed and cleaned raspberries
  • fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Add rinsed and cleaned lemon, raspberries, and mint into a large pitcher or drink dispenser

  2. Pour full bottle of wine into the pitcher. Cover and place pitcher with lemon, mint, raspberries, and wine into the fridge overnight. This allows the flavors to fuse together or if you are ready to serve, go to the third step.

  3. Now this next step is VERY important!!  If you are serving the sangria right away, add Pellegrino. If you are going to let the wine fuse with lemon, mint, and raspberries for a bit in the fridge do not add sparkling water. My recommendation is that you add the Pellegrino right before you serve. Otherwise, it will lose its bubbly effects if it sits out way too long. I recommend adding sparkling water once your first guest requests a glass.
