Easy Spicy Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango Large, Ripe (but not too mushy)
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion Diced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Fresh(don't use dried). Chopped.
  • 2 tbsp Mezzetta Sliced Hot Cherry Peppers You can adjust to use as little or as much as you like
  • 2 Lime I typically only use the juice of one lime, but add more if you like.
  • 2 Tbsp Honey You can adjust to use as little or as much as you like
  • Salt and Pepper optional

Instructions

  1. - Dice onion and set aside.

    -Dice Mezzetta Sliced Hot Cherry Peppers (The amount you use will vary on how spicy you would like it) and set aside.

    -Peel Mango with a serrated peeler and cut into chunks. Set aside.

    -Chop fresh cilantro(washed and dried) and set aside.

    -Combine onion, peppers, cilantro, and mangos into a medium-sized bowl.

    -Squeeze 1-2 limes into the mix. This can be adjusted to your preference.

    -Add 1-2 tablespoons of Honey. This can be adjusted to your preference.

    -Mix well.

    -You can add salt and pepper if you like it too. I chose to omit it in this recipe.
